About Me

Coffee, Tea & Trainers

Hello! My name is Hannah and I’m so glad you’ve found your way to Moving Scouse. I was born and (mostly) raised in Germany, and started this blog as a way of updating my friends and family about my life in the UK when I moved to Liverpool to study my undergraduate degree, hence the name. I had planned to move on to Sweden after my first degree, but a few months after moving, I met my now-husband, Jake, and I stayed! As the city became my home, my blog started to develop into something more than ‘just’ a collection of life updates, and I now blog about everything I love, including vegan food and beauty, fitness, travel, health and books. We’re also expecting an addition to our little family in October, so pregnancy and babies have become a common theme here on the blog. I love baking, working out (especially running), shopping and travelling, and have a soft spot for animals with no more than four legs… any more and I get a bit scared. I love wearing Converse & Vans when I’m not in my workout wear and always feel a little off balance when I have to wear more formal footwear, which perhaps is the reason I’m so clumsy. As I’m currently on Maternity, I no longer have a day job, but that doesn’t mean I don’t work hard! I spend a lot of time blogging and researching for my postgraduate degree. My absolute favourite way to relax is to go for a walk to a nearby vegan/veggie cafe with my husband, where we buy a drink to go and wander the streets for a little bit, chatting about everything and nothing.

FAQs

Can I share your content/images on my social media/page?

Yes! I’m flattered that you like my content so much that you’d like to share it. The only thing I ask is that, if it isn’t apparent that you’re sharing content or images from Moving Scouse, you provide credit and a back link to the relevant page.

Can I advertise on your blog?

At the moment, I don’t offer specific advertising spaces in my sidebar. However, if you would like to advertise in form of a sponsored post and you feel that your product and company are in line with the ethos of Moving Scouse, please do get in touch! Please note that I will always add a disclaimer into sponsored posts identifying them as such.

Will you review my product?

Again, I’m flattered! If your product is vegan and cruelty-free, I would certainly consider reviewing it on Moving Scouse. As above, I would love it if you got in touch and we can discuss our options!
