Review – The VeganKind Subscription Box 5

Beginning of the month means a new TVK Box! As usual, this month’s box was filled with a variety of cruelty-free products, all of them something that will definitely come in use. Note the new design of the actually box! Excuse my badly photoshopped address… This time, the recipe is from The VeganKind themselves, featuring Harissa chips (which I’ll be making with my new powder!) and a delicious veggie burger.

The first item is another Greenfrog product! I adored the cleaning spray in the first box and I’m convinced that this will be just as good. This full-sized bottle of Greenfrog Natural Washing Up Liquid is definitely a winner.

Second was this 4-pack of (full-sized) SAF Express Raw Coconut Cookies. I’m sure these would have made a great lunch-box treat, but they didn’t last very long. The three different flavours were delicious, although recently I’ve been finding everything coconut-based to taste a bit soapy. I’m not sure why that is.

Flavour Magic Harrisa Powder is definitely something for the boy. He loves any kind of spice blend! I’m a bit more cautious, but curious to try this, maybe in small doses at first?

I love chickpeas, and this snack is one of the best things I’ve ever tried. Like a healthier alternative to conventional crisps, On The Pulse Chipotle Hot Chicks satisfy a craving and make a great snack.

Lastly, my favourite! I love my Pulsin bars, especially their protein bars. This Raw Choc Brownie was deliciously smooth and rich, and everything you could expect from an sweet afternoon treat. I’ll definitely be buying this more often.

Overall, The VeganKind are living up to their last boxes. I’m so impressed by their consistent delivery of interesting and useful products at an affordable price, and can’t recommend this service enough, whether you’re vegan or just interested in sustainable & cruelty-free alternatives!
