January Running Update

 

20140207-173643.jpgRecently, I’ve really been getting into running. I’m a bit shocked myself, as I used to absolutely despise it, but it’s slowly becoming something I really enjoy. After my first few runs of the year, I decided it was time to up my training gear and purchased some asics and a few H&M sports pieces.
Last month, I’ve been running for more regularly than ever before and have seen quite a bit of improvement. I’ve managed my first 5k in just over half an hour, and ran my fastest mile ever. This doesn’t seem like much, but for someone who has as little stamina as I do it’s quite the improvement. I’m quite pleased with these results and hope February will be equally productive!
